The newly opened Uncle Su dishes up the freshest live seafood, hand-made lunchtime yum cha and a delicious blend of Cantonese style favourites with a selection of signature Beijing and Szechuan dishes. Harvest Buffet
Harvest Buffet (reopening on 3 December) is the ultimate buffet experience including the freshest seafood, roasts from the carvery and a decadent dessert buffet. For dining with a view there is Nineteen at The Star, located high above the glittering Gold Coast and combining sublime sophistication with a cool coastal flair and the freshest seasonal produce – the food, view, extensive wine list and welcoming service. If Japanese tickles your fancy then you can’t go past Kiyomi for mouth-watering sashimi. Cucina Vivo is the place to grab Italian cuisine and at Mei Wei Dumplings you can have a hawker-style meal of, you guest it, dumplings. The 22 metre bar in the heart of the action, Cherry serves up designer drinks along with a signature seasonal cocktail menu crafted by The Star’s highly-talented team of mixologists. Catch all the sports action in the Sports Bar or for a dash of exotic, head over to Kiyomi Bar which serves up a distinctly Japanese bar experience. If you want to soak up the fampus Gold Coast weather, step outside to the Outdoor Bar at Garden Kitchen & Bar, where you can treat yourself to drinks against a backdrop of lush tropical greenery.
